What are my shipping options?
We offer two thoughtful shipping options:

  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+): Delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after processing. Perfect for non-urgent items when you’re stocking up.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes! We understand that some deliveries might be gifts, so we offer discreet packaging without obvious baby branding upon request. Just leave a note during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened feeding products (bottles, nipples, etc.)
  • Used compression wraps
  • Personalized items
How long do refunds take?
