Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Breastfeeding accessories (once opened)
  • Compression wraps (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized items (like engraved jewellery or monogrammed baby blankets)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  5. Ship the item back to our Nashville facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
